Domestic Violence with Stabbing in Evergreen Hill


On July 28th, 2012 at approximately 4:29 AM, Kirkland police responded to the 12300 block of NE 150th Ct. on a report of a stabbing.  Upon arrival officers contacted a 28 year old uncooperative male with a stab wound to the back. The male was transported to the hospital for treatment of the non life threatening injury.


Investigation revealed the 22 year old girlfriend of the male had stabbed the male and left the scene. The female was located and reported stabbing the male out of fear for her safety when he allegedly assaulted and choked her during a domestic argument. She had observable injuries.


The male was arrested for Assault 2nd Degree (DV) and an outstanding Felony Dept. of Corrections warrant.


The female was arrested on an outstanding Felony Harassment warrant.
