A waterline malfunction causes significant damage to downtown Kirkland's Heathman Hotel
The Heathman Hotel General Manager Les Utley has released the following statement:
Today, The Heathman Hotel Kirkland has experienced a main waterline malfunction resulting in significant damage to the hotel, spa and restaurant. The entire property will be closed until August 1, allowing for repairs and renovations. In the meantime, we will be relocating all guests and groups to facilities nearby. As a commitment to our guests, employees and the community, we will be working with crews around the clock to reopen as quickly as possible. We will have a progress report early next week and will provide an update for projected reopening at that time. Those individuals with reservations, who need assistance with relocation, please call our main number 425-284-5800 and our guest services staff will be available to assist you in selecting alternate accommodations. Clients with corporate or Private Dining events are requested to please contact your sales representative directly for assistance. We thank those who have reached out to us today and we are committed to bringing The Heathman Hotel, Trellis Restaurant and Penterra Spa back to full-service for our loyal guests as quickly as possible.
Further questions and inquiries may be directed to Les Utley, General Manager of The Heathman Hotel.
