Sunday, March 4, 7:30 AM to 1 PM
Location: Peter Kirk Community Center, Kirkland, WA
CERT (Community Emergency Response Training) is a national program that prepares you to help your household, your neighbors and community when you are on your own during disasters.
The current class of trainees need 15-20 volunteer ‘victims’ to help practice their newly learned skills in search and rescue, disaster medical operations and triage.
If you are interested in volunteering, please email or call Debra Peterson (firstname.lastname@example.org, 206-669-7262) for more information and to sign up.
Victims should plan on arriving at 7:30 AM for make-up. Snacks and pizza will be provided along with eternal gratitude!
Please participate! Invite your friends and neighbors. This activity is an important part of the CERT training. (Under 18 requires parental consent)
