Kirkland does not win the Liberty Mutual Bring Back the 4th contest

Earlier this month, we reported on Kirkland's entrance into a contest to win a $10,000 grant to help offset the cost of Kirkland's Fourth of July celebration. The results are in and Kirkland did not win. Congratulations to the city of Vancouver, Washington for their successful effort to win the grant.
