The 4th Annual Kirkland Oktoberfest expands with top-rated entertainment and the return of popular Wiener Dogs Races
The entertainment schedule is chock-full at Kirkland Oktoberfest this weekend in Marina Park. The festival begins Friday at 4pm through Sunday at 6pm. The weather looks wonderful and the tickets are selling fast for the most anticipated event of the season!
Must see events at Oktoberfest:
Friday, 7:30pm: Tapping of the Firkin by Deputy Mayor Jay Arnold and sponsored by BitTitan. This traditional start of Oktoberfest features a special keg by Scuttlebutt Brewing and a the 100+ year old Firkin in a ceremony "officially" launching the festival.
All Weekend Long: Games and competitions to win great prizes. Stein Hoisting, Human Foosball, Keg Rolling, Beer Pong, Cornhole and more!
Sunday, 1pm: The 4th Annual Great Kirkland Wiener Dog Races (all-ages, FREE). These ever popular races take place in Marina Park to the adoration of Wiener fans of all ages. These zany dog races are a highlight of the weekend. Kids' Root Beer Garden is also available on Sunday.
Sunday All Day is Dog Day at Kirkland Oktoberfest: Bring your dog into the Biergarten on Sunday! Woof!
Kirkland Oktoberfest is a ticketed event. The Biergarten is 21+ with valid ID.
