LETTER | Transit, yes... But not on our trail

I am opposed to the present plans to convert the Kirkland Trail to be a part of the Sound Transit Mass transportation system.

I realize mass transit is necessary and required for the future growth and economic development of the greater Seattle area.

However I believe there are other avenues, opportunities available to the general public and the transit system to explore.

My friends and I who live in the Kirkland area enjoy using the trail in it present status.

We will continue to opposed these plans with vocal opposition and our votes.

Thank you
