They're big, they're bald and they're back. The Bald Eagles are nesting again in Heritage Park. According to Eastide Audubon, because there's always a parent on the nest now, we know there are one or two eggs in there, too.
Eastside Audubon is setting up a series of dates when they will be out at the park with their fancy optics to help people get good looks at the nest. The first date is this Sunday, April 6. Afterward EA be in the park the last Sunday of every month while there is activity, and of course on July 4.
