The Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa, located on the shores of Lake Washington on Carillon Point just 15 minutes east of Seattle and the only Seattle-area lakefront lodging, is pleased to announce that it has been ranked one of the Top 10 Resorts in the Pacific Northwest in Condé Nast Traveler’s Best in the World list. The Woodmark ranked number four in the annual Reader’s Choice Awards list of the best resorts in Alaska, Oregon and Washington.
The 25th Annual Readers’ Choice Awards were determined by 46,476 readers who participated in the annual survey, rating properties in the categories of rooms, service, food, location, design and activities. This year, The Woodmark received a total of 86.9 out of possible 100 points.
“It is an honor to be recognized by our guests and receive this exceptional ranking in the Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards,” said John Murphy, general manager of the Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa. “The entire Woodmark staff works hard to provide inspired personalized service and we hope that with this recognition, more people decide to make the Woodmark their home on the lake.”
The only hotel on the picturesque shores of Lake Washington, close to everything but far from the everyday, the Woodmark provides unsurpassed views of Seattle and the Olympic Mountains as well as luxury accommodations. Welcoming each guest with an uncommon blend of inspired personalized service, luxury lifestyle amenities and a serene lakeside setting, the property features 79 expertly crafted guestrooms and 21 luxurious suites, rejuvenating medi-spa treatments at Northwest Face Spa and delectable Northwest fare at two on-property lakeside dining venues – bin on the lake and Beach Café.
