Seattle Children's Hospital benefit concert at Kirkland Performance Center, Oct 13

Saturday October 13 may be your lucky day!  You will have the unique opportunity to enjoy an elegant evening of music  with Carol Nielsson from London, England and contribute to medical research at the same time.  Carol Nielsson was hailed by Andrew Lloyd Webber as the “Best discovery since Edith Piaf”. (French equivalent of Billy Holliday).  Carol has performed in many productions on the London musical theater stage, including the starring role in "Cats" and  “Jesus Christ Super Star."  Primo Kim Quartet will open the show and introduce Carol Nielsson and her Quintet, who will entertain with beautiful music and songs from the American Song Book. (Gershwin, Sondheim, Andrew L Webber, Bricuss, Gilberto, Legrand, Waller, Porter) as well as Broadway show tunes.  Carol has just released a new CD, “Here's  To Love."

All seats are $20. A portion of the proceeds benefit Kawasaki disease research at Seattle Children’s Hospital.  Kawasaki disease is an autoimmune disorder largely seen in children under five years of age
