Wilde Rover chef prepares braised lamb shoulder with Irish cheddar-potato dumplings

Chef Andy Leonard from Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Restaurant in downtown Kirkland prepared a Guinness-braised lamb shoulder with Irish cheddar-potato dumplings on KING5's New Day Northwest program on Tuesday.

During the demonstration, Leonard was sure to inform the public of Wilde Rover's St. Patrick's Day events including live music starting at 10:00 a.m. directly following the first annual Kirkland Shamrock Run. Wilde Rover will be the place to celebrate St. Patrick's Day for the entire Eastside.
