President Obama passes through Kirkland en route to fundraiser

A large crowd of onlookers gathered in Houghton today to watch as President Barak Obama's motorcade drove through Kirkland en route to a fundraising event in Medina.
The President plane landed in Everett this afternoon where he boarded a helicopter and flew to Northwest University in Kirkland. Upon landing, the President's motorcade drove him through Kirkland to the fundraiser.
Whenever the President is aboard an airplane, it is designated Airforce One. The helicopter which he uses is designated Marine One while the Commander In Chief is onboard.
