Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year begins at sunset (video)

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. It is the first of the High Holidays or Yamim Noraim ("Days of Awe"), celebrated ten days before Yom Kippur.

A friend of ours sent us this video by a musical group of students called the Maccabeats. In this music video the artists present a good message from which we can all learn.

We wish all of our Jewish friends a very Happy New Year!

Rosh Hashanah begins at sundown on 9/28 and ends at sundown on 9/29.
