Kudos to Volunteers for Sprucing Up Our City (photos)

[nggallery id=155] Last Thursday, ten volunteers joined Kudos Kirkland! for the second week of clean up at the corner of Kirkland Avenue and 3rd Street in downtown Kirkland. The group worked together with Teri Hedges of the City of Kirkland to improve our city. Kudos volunteers meet each Thursday morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at different locations around town.

Kudos Kirkland! recognizes stewards of our community and welcomes all to join in these community-building events.

We say Kudos and thank you for your volunteer efforts to improve our city.

We would also like to give a special thanks to the anonymous individual who so generously offered to purchase coffee and pastries from the French Bakery in a gesture of thanks to the volunteers and also thank you to Trellis at the Heathman Hotel for offering breakfast to volunteers.
