Superior Service and Customer Satisfaction Earns Ford ofKirkland National Award by Ford Motor Company
Ford of Kirkland is among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln dealerships to be recognized with The 2010 President’s Award by Ford Motor Company.  The prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2010, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
This year, Ford honors 355 Ford and Lincoln dealers across the country for delivering superior customer satisfaction in sales and service.
This is Ford of Kirkland’s fifth time winning the President’s Award.
“Earning the President’s Award means that our customers recognize our entire staff’s commitment to providing outstanding service,” said Jim Walen, Dealer Principal at Ford of Kirkland. “We couldn’t be prouder to receive this recognition.”
The President’s Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction.
“The President’s Award acknowledges those Ford and Lincoln dealerships that have led the nation in exceptional service and vehicle ownership experiences for their customers; it is earned by an elite group – only 355 outof roughly 3,400 dealerships receive this prestigious award. It is given annually to dealers who provide their customers with first-rate treatment throughout the life of their Ford or Lincoln vehicle,” said Sean Weingarten, Ford Northwest Regional Manager.
“And Ford of Kirkland exemplifies this, by winning the President's Award 5 of the last 6years. It is Jim Walen and Ford of Kirkland's passion, tenacity and hard work that make this happen day in and day out. It is not by accident that they consistently earn among the highest levels of customer satisfaction.  This award is a direct reflection of their efforts," he added.
