Turkey Trotters brave the cold (Photos)

CLICK HERE FOR SLIDESHOW The first snow of the season fell on downtown Kirkland as participants in the 2010 Hopelink Turkey Trot gathered at the starting line on Sunday, November 21st. The snow was short-lived, but the cold lingered as "trotters" set out on their course from Marina Park to Carillon Point and back. Proceeds from the 3-mile walk help Hopelink provide emergency services for low-income families in our community during the winter months when they face added pressures such as higher home heating costs and additional food needs.
