Letter | Milkin Home Rebuild one of National Enquirer's "Acts of Kindness"

Dear Editor, SOME EXCITING NEWS!!!  The National Enquirer will be publishing a story about our effort to rebuild the Milkin home and how the community and local businesses came together to make it happen.  It will be the featured "Acts of Kindness" story for the October 22nd edition, which is on sale nationwide beginning Friday. We have been blessed with some national publicity that may help us bring in the final donations necessary to put the finishing touches on the project and enable us to rebuild the garage, finish the basement and do some landscaping.

It's been 10 months of hard work and dedication by countless individuals and more than 30 companies to finish Sgt. Milkin's home.   He is so very  grateful and at every opportunity he thanks the community and businesses involved for doing something so positive in memory of his family. A BIG THANK YOU  to our many supporters and to the wonderful businesses involved!  CDK Construction Services, United Wholesale Supply, Northwest Window Coverings, Carpet Liquidators Kirkland, European Stoneworks Kirkland, Organized Spaces, TC Quality Services, Beverly Bradshaw Interiors, Final Inspection Cleaning Services, Pasha's Ornamental Iron & Tile, Valley Supply, Whirlpool, Aristrokraft, Chown Hardware, Rosen Plumbing Supply, Delta Faucets, Pacific Plumbing Supply, Bodine Construction, Michele McNeill of Skyline Law Group, Keller Supply Company, Aqua Quip Redmond, Jeff's Windows and ADT.
