Special Remembrance Tables, which seat 10, are available for $1,000, and provide family and guests an opportunity to share a photo tribute in memory of a loved one. The donation will include memorial recognition in the printed event program and the video presentation.

Other table captains are needed to either purchase a table for $450 and fill it with guests or invite friends to purchase tickets at their table. Individual tickets are $45.

Hospice and Palliative Care are two important programs that provide for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people with chronic and life-limiting illnesses as well as those who love them, regardless of one’s ability to pay.
