[nggallery id=92] Wednesday was opening day at Caffé Rococo, Kirkland's newest coffee shop and onsite roaster located at 136 Park Lane. Adam Olsen, general manager of Rococo has over 7 years experience in the coffee business and is known around town from his work at Kahili Coffee.
The minimalist interior, concrete floor, square lines and soft furniture all combine to make Rococo a welcoming and comfortable space. The leather couches which occupy the center of the caffé have oversized armrests with ample room for your drink. No need for end tables here. At the bar Rococo offers the customary selection of espresso drinks and tasty treats one would expect to find in an independent coffee house, but with the added benefit of location. This is just what was needed along Kirkland's most pedestrian street.
Rococo is a welcome addition to Kirkland and will become a regular stop on our frequent strolls down Park Lane. Stop by and meet Kirkland's newest neighbor... Caffé Rococo.
