Heat Advisory | Kirkland Residents Can Chill at Community Centers

The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory (a period of hot temperatures is expected) in effect for the Greater Puget Sound Region until 9 p.m. on Friday, July 9. The Kirkland Parks & Community Services Department reminds Kirkland residents that they can seek relief from the heat at its Community Centers in the coming days.

Peter Kirk Community Center, 352 Kirkland Avenue · Friday, July 9: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 6:30 to 8 p.m. · Saturday, July 10: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. · Sunday, July 11: Closed

North Kirkland Community Center, 12421 103rd Avenue NE · Friday, July 9: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. · Saturday, July 10: 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. · Sunday, July 11: Closed
