Seattle's Olive You has just opened their sister restaurant of the same name in the heart of downtown Kirkland at 89 Kirkland Avenue (in the old Marina Park Grill location). The menu features foods from throughout the Mediterranean with a selection of tapas, salads and house specialties. The restaurant has a full bar, views from the dining room and a large outdoor patio which is one of the best in town for people watching.
Olive You Kirkland will feature food from across the Mediterranean, a large selection of wine, beer, and spirits and most importantly a warm family atmosphere. Live music and traditional entertainment will immerse you in the Mediterranean culture.
Much work has been done remodeling the restaurant interior as well as the adjacent space on Lake Street (where Kahili Coffee used to stand), which will open shortly. Well-known local chef Dan Thiessen was sighted during lunch on Tuesday afternoon to help open Kirkland's newest eatery. Olive You is now open for both lunch and dinner.
Welcome to Kirkland!
