The Washington State Court of Appeals has dismissed an appeal filed by the applicant for the proposed development of the Potala Village project on Lake Street South. The appeal was dismissed at the request of the court-appointed receiver now in charge of the property at the Potala site. The receiver’s dismissed request was supported by the City of Kirkland.
