A Tale As Old As Time: Beauty and The Beast Performed in Kirkland, July 25 - August 2

Step into the enchanted world of Disney’s Beauty And The Beast. Based on the Academy-Award winning animated feature, this stage version includes all of the wonderful songs you grew up with. The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.

Beauty and the Beast is Studio East's summer teen show extravaganza--featuring incredible props, amazing costumes, and Kirkland's very own rising stars.

Families can join the fun (and can take a break from the heat) at Kirkland Performance Center July 25 & 26, and August 1 & 2.  Tickets are only $17, and most likely will sell out  http://www.kpcenter.org/performances/beauty-and-the-beast.
