If someone were asked to name five people who have had the most positive impact on pets and their owners in our community, the names Chuck and Marti Bartlett would be on everyone's list. For ten years now, their pet store, Dooley's Dog House  (1421 Market Street) has been a hub of activity selling quality dog and cat foods, educating pet owners, finding homes for orphan animals and hosting charitable events promoting animal rescue and adoption. Chuck and Marti have brought smiles to the faces of so many Kirklanders and through their charitable efforts have improved the lives of countless animals.

At Dooley’s Dog House, we celebrate the positive impact that dogs and cats have on our lives! We strive to offer products and information that will improve their nutrition, limit their susceptibility to disease, and improve their quality of life.

On December 1st, Chuck and Marti are retiring. But fear not, they are leaving Dooley's Dog House in the capable hands of the new owner, Randy Rudolph, formerly with Three Dog Bakery in Seattle. Dooley's will continue to maintain the same high quality standards on dog and cat food and continue to honor loyalty cards.

We are very happy for Chuck and Marti's retirement and we wish them a very fun and fulfilling new chapter in life. We also wish Randy all the best and continued success for Dooley's Dog House!
