Houghton Community Council appoints Georgine Foster as new Councilmember

Georgine Foster was appointed to a vacant seat on the Houghton Community Council at the Council’s regular meeting on August 22, 2011.  The appointment is for an unexpired four-year term which will end upon certification of the 2013 general election.  The position became vacant upon the resignation of former Councilmember Kathleen McMonigal.
