Wind knocks out power for 2900 residents on Monday

Strong winds Monday morning caused power outages for 2900 Puget Sound Energy customers north of Kirkland in the Inglewood neighborhood. According to a PSE spokesperson, the power outage began at 10:57 a.m. and power was restored by noon.
