Merrill Gardens to host fundraiser for fallen officers December 9th

Merrill Gardens at Kirkland will be hosting a fundraiser for the fallen police officers in Lakewood on December 9 from 5 to 7p.m.  All of the 22 Merrill Gardens communities in Washington State will hold the fundraiser that night. Kirkland City Council prepares to pass annexation ordinance by year end

Goodbye Third Floor Fish Café; restaurant to close after December 19th

Annexation vote remains under 60% threshold, sees slight uptick

UPDATED Nov 24 @10:45AM Today, another 15 votes were counted in the annexation race and the YES votes increased by 0.02%, however, annexation still remains below the 60% threshold needed for approval.
