Kirkland’s new tourism branding: Water. Colors. Everything.

Kirkland City Council Passes Annexation

With a narrow margin of 1 vote, the Kirkland City Council voted 4 to 3 tonight to proceed with annexation of the neighborhoods of Kingsgate, Upper Juanita and Finn Hill.
