Barbara Ramey is a mother, wife, professional communicator and resident of the Juanita area of Kirkland since 1992. She loves the outdoors, exploring parks, hiking, traveling, water sports and family activities. She participated in the OneKirkland annexation campaign, serves on the board of the new Juanita Neighborhood Association and is a member of the Kirkland Park Board.
