Costco Gas Station Appealed

0

The Estate of Ralph F. Nienaber has filed a Land Use Petition against the City of Kirkland and Costco Wholesale over the City Council’s approval of Costco’s PAR for a gas station on what is currently a parking lot. The Petition was filed by Gregory S. McElroy on January 6, 2009. The Petitioner owns property adjacent to Costco and is claiming the City granted the wholesale wherehouse an illegal “spot zoning”.
