The City of Kirkland and the owner of the antique mall parking lot have agreed to terms for an introductory monthly parking special rate. Car drivers wishing to park in the lot will soon be able to purchase monthly passes. An introductory rate of $80.00 per month will be offered. The City will announce this introductory rate in the June Park Smart Update and on the City’s parking webpage.
