Batter Up! Kirkland Spring Softball Leagues Open for Registration

It’s your turn at bat! Hit a home run and join the City of Kirkland for another exciting season of friendly competition. The Parks and Community Services Department is currently accepting teams for the spring season of softball, which begins in mid-April. Whether you are a seasoned player or just looking for a great way to meet new people and stay fit, one of our many division offerings is sure to fit. Registration is available online at www.KirklandParks.net or by calling 425-587-3330.


The City offers three men’s divisions: lower, middle and upper, as well as one COED “Rec” division. Teams will play 5 double headers at Crestwoods Park Ball Field, 1818 6th Street. Game days and times vary depending on division. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.

Looking for a low-cost way to promote “team building” at your company? Spring COED softball is the way to go! Improve communication, promote employee bonding and work toward a common goal- winning a division championship! Team and league sponsorship options are also available.

    Can’t wait to see what the parks will look like during softball now that they chose to “save” money by removing the trash cans…
