On Monday, February 1, 2010, at 8:00pm musicians from around the Puget Sound area will come together in the second of a series of fund-raising concerts for the victims of the recent Haitian earthquake. Entitled “Singing Back to Haiti,” the concerts will connect the people of Haiti to our community at a musical level and provide a common venue and musical opportunity for people to donate to the relief efforts.
The second of 3 venues will be at the Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Resteraunt in Kirkland with celtic electric violinist Geoffrey Castle and Dan Connolley playing for the benefit. Please encourage listeners and viewers to attend this event for bringing communities together around music. Stay tuned as we have two other venues after this.
