Jan. 27, 2010 – EIS Update. The schedule for the release of the draft EIS has been revised:

- The draft EIS will be issued during the second quarter of 2010.
- The draft EIS public meetings will be held during the second quarter of 2010.
- The final EIS will be issued during the third quarter of 2010.
