Trellis Executive Chef Brian Scheehser will be featured in the PBS television series, Chefs A’ Field on Channel 9 at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, January 15th. In the episode titled, “The Real Chef’s Garden,” we learn more about how Chef Scheehser mixes modern cooking techniques with local flavors. Many ingredients used in his dishes come from his own working farm in Woodinville.
