If rents for this space are in line with "what a restaurant business can carry", I have a hard time understanding why a dining outfit not would be able to be very successful here. Agree, this is such a PRIME location, and one of not too many restaurants on the Eastside that offer outstanding views over lake, marina, sunset, etc (Anthony’s, Carillon Point are the only ones that comes to mind).

If rents for this space are in line with “what a restaurant business can carry”, I have a hard time understanding why a dining outfit not would be able to be very successful here.

It's possible I just had bad luck, but if my recent experiences were typical of their current performance, I'm not surprised they've been having a hard time competing... Definitely too bad.
