The 520 Tolling Implementation Committee is holding a series of series of open house event for the public hear about and offer their input on tolling as a means to help pay for a new SR 520 Bridge across Lake Washington between Seattle and Bellevue. The committee members, state transportation Secretary Paula Hammond, Puget Sound Region Council Director Bob Drewel and state transportation Commissioner Dick Ford, will discuss four tolling options that the committee is considering to the new bridge.
The meetings are open to the public and will be held 5-7:30 p.m. on the following dates:
Tuesday, July 29 – UW Bothell North Creek Events Center, 11125 NE 180th St. in Bothell (served by bus route numbers: 236, 238, 251, 312, 342, 372)
Thursday, July 31 – Spirit of Washington Events Center, 233 Burnett Ave. S. in Renton
Tuesday, Aug. 5 – Naval Reserve at South Lake Union,860 Terry Ave. N. in Seattle
Wednesday, Aug. 6 – Bellevue City Hall, 450 110th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue
Thursday, Aug. 7 - Kirkland Performance Center, 350 Kirkland Ave., in Kirkland
