I'm considerably more concerned with the 60,000+ commuters per month that will be coming through with the Google-plex. And I wouldn't mind it being down near the Costco, except that the light at 85th & 120th is one of the worst ever. As a fellow Kirkland resident can I say ‘Waaah’. Does any out there think that cheap gas will come back? Any one who buys gas at Costco saves real dollars. People buy gas somewhere anyway, so the traffic that comes to Costco won't go someplace else. You'd think that competition would keep prices a bit lower, but buyers still go to the 76 station diagonally across from the ARCO on Rose Hill--it's always considerably more expensive there.
